About the work
making paintings about the places we call home
I make large-scale oil paintings that explore interior space, but as feeling instead of architecture. The domestic objects, the quality of afternoon light, the sense of being held by a room.
Handwritten text sits alongside paint in much of my work: fragments, half-sentences, the language of a private life. I graduated with a Fine Art degree from Chelsea College of Arts and have been exhibiting and selling original work since.
Based in London. Works ship internationally.
